Waterford Point Condominiums consists of 237 privately owned units. We are located in Pompano Beach, Florida. Many of the apartments have intracoastal waterway as well as ocean views! The back of the property is located on a canal which also has boat docks available for rent to residents.

Additionally, we have a great barbeque area outside of our community room (located on the canal). This area includes a recently added tropical water feature and garden with seating to enjoy the view as well as meet up with friends to relax and have some fun!

Other amenities include a beautiful in-ground heated pool with lounge chairs and tables and chairs, and an exercise room including a sauna and showers. Our property including our landscaping is well maintained and we are always improving our property!
